What is endodontics?

Endodontics is the treatment of a tooth’s root canals, which allows the tooth to be preserved if its pulp is inflamed or infected. During treatment, the canals are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and hermetically sealed.
At our clinic, we perform root canal treatment also using a microscope, which allows the dentist to clearly see the anatomy of the canals and perform the treatment even in complex cases.

When is root canal treatment needed?

Root canal treatment may be necessary when the dental pulp becomes inflamed or infected. Several symptoms may indicate a problem.
