Endodontics (root canal treatment)

Our dental clinic offers endodontics or root canal treatment.

What is endodontics?
Endodontics is the field of dentistry that deals with root canal treatment, which is necessary when the pulp of a tooth is damaged or inflamed. The pulp is the soft tissue of the tooth that contains the nerves and blood vessels. If the pulp is damaged due to decay, trauma or infection, the tooth becomes painful and endodontic treatment is necessary to save it.

This procedure is necessary to save a tooth if it is damaged down to the root canal level, such as due to decay or trauma. Root canal treatment for a tooth helps prevent infection and pain, ensuring that the tooth remains functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Treat or extract the tooth?
It is important to seek treatment as early as possible to save the tooth and avoid a situation where tooth extraction is the only solution. It often seems easier and cheaper to extract a tooth, but dealing with problems caused by tooth extraction (such as shifting and misaligned teeth) or replacing a lost tooth with an implant is a lengthy and quite expensive procedure, so it is always worth considering treating and preserving your natural tooth, thus investing in your health for the future.

Our experienced dentists use state-of-the-art technology and equipment - microscope endodontics - to effectively treat tooth root canals. Thanks to technologies such as the microscope, diagnosis and treatment of root canal problems are carried out at the highest level and with maximum precision. Endodontic procedures may be performed under anaesthesia or sedation to reduce possible stress or discomfort.

With our help, you can restore health and comfort to your teeth. Trust your teeth to our dentists and make an appointment for the procedure you need!
