Collect it from the clinic
The gift card can be collected at the 33.Zobs reception, Stabu iela 44–19, Riga. On weekdays from 9:00 to 20:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 17:00.

Fill in the order form or order the card by phone at +371 67270099. Payment is made when the gift card is collected at the clinic. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
